Billie Shepherd readily acknowledges that the path to her dream home was anything but smooth sailing, and she’s uncertain if she’d embark on the journey again.

However, the fruits of her labor are undeniably impressive, and she’s finally invited fans to take a peek inside.

The reality star’s life, shared with her husband Greg, 39, daughter Nelly, nine, Arthur, seven, and 16-month-old Margot, unfolds weekly on their ITVBe show, Billie & Greg: The Family Diaries. Billie initially rose to fame on The Only Way Is Essex before departing to film The Mummy Diaries alongside her sister Sam Faiers, with whom she now hosts a podcast.

In the last series, viewers witnessed the family settling into their exquisite new home following an extensive renovation, an undertaking Billie, a mother of three, confesses she’s unlikely to repeat due to the sheer energy it demanded.

During a tour of their lavish abode with OK! Magazine, 34-year-old Billie shares that the Essex mansion serves as a sanctuary from her hectic life.

Reflecting on her quiet moment the previous night, she remarked, “It’s quite amusing, really, because last night, when everyone was asleep, I found myself downstairs alone, without the TV or any distractions, just tidying up and puttering around in preparation for today.”
